NOTICE OF PRIVACY PRACTICES
This notice describes how protected health information (PHI) about you may be used and disclosed and how you can get access to this information. Please review it carefully.
The Washington Health Institute (WHI) uses your PHI for treatment, payment, and other permitted purposes. We allow an office to process payment for your medical services with your PHI. Administrative personnel reviewing the quality of the care you receive use your PHI too. WHI will never market or sell personal information. The Washington Health Institute wants you to have the best possible care as prescribed or recommended by our practitioners. WHI provides care, treatment, and services within its capabilities and mission, and in compliance with laws and regulations. The purpose of this Patient Rights and Responsibilities Statement is to promote more effective patient-centered care and greater satisfaction for the patient, their family, the provider, and the staff members caring for them. Washington Health Institute is excited to announce that we are using Healow. Healow provides convenient features allowing our patients to book their appointment online, anytime!
Did you know that you can access your health records online? Visit the Patient Portal from our website or download the free Healow app from the app store or google play store. The Patient Info is secure and you can view your lab results, visit summary, statements, and much more. You can also book appointments online and request refills at ease. If you haven’t signed up yet, give us your email address, and ask for your login information. Patient Portal, or Healow app, the choice is yours. Take control of your health, today.
