We look forward to serving your health care needs at Washington Health Institute.

If you have a life-threatening or mental health emergency, call 911 or go to the closest Emergency Room.

The Washington Health Institute (WHI) uses the Healow App as its Patient Portal. The Healow Patient Portal is secure, confidential, and a great way to communicate with your Provider and health care team for non-urgent clinical questions. And you can use it to book follow-up visits and preventative visits. If you cannot find an appointment on Healow that works for you, please contact a WHI Associate at 202-525-5175.

New and Established Patients may book appointments online using the Healow App or Patient Portal. WHI’s practice code for the App is: ADDGCD

The following are the ways you can make your appointment booking online:

Established Patients: Schedule an appointment via the Patient Portal link or download the Healow App.

  1. Visit our Patient Portal.
  2. You can download the Healow App for easy access to schedule an appointment or log in to your Portal to view your medical records.

  • Access test results and medical records – View test & lab results, and doctor’s comments within days of your appointment. Review personal medical records like clinical summaries, conditions, and medications, as well as personal health information from other health organizations participating in the Healow Patient Portal.

  • Request prescription renewals – Send renewal requests for any of your refillable medications.

  • Request referrals – Email your physician with your referral request and determine the best specialist for you based on your medical history and symptoms.
