Mia Lancaster is a public health professional with more than eight years of experience spanning clinical research, molecular laboratory science, and healthcare operations. She specializes in supporting multidisciplinary teams through data-driven research, regulatory compliance, and patient-centered program implementation. Her work focuses on advancing health equity, strengthening clinical workflows, and improving outcomes for diverse and underserved populations.

Mia holds a Bachelor of Science in Community Health from the University of Maryland, College Park and a Master of Public Health in Health Equity with honors from Boston University. Her research contributions include published work in emergency medicine examining triage factors and provider practices, as well as molecular and clinical research evaluating gene expression, cellular responses, and laboratory diagnostic performance. She has coordinated clinical trials, conducted qPCR-based molecular analyses, and supported emergency and critical care research across leading healthcare institutions.

Driven by a commitment to evidence-based practice and equitable healthcare delivery, Mia brings a multidisciplinary perspective that bridges clinical, laboratory, and public health systems to improve the way communities experience care.
