Blanca Morales is an Eligibility and Enrollment Specialist at Washington Health Institute. She is committed to the advocacy of health equity and to closing the gap of health inequalities that affect communities on both a local and global level.

She received her Bachelor of Science in Public Health from Trinity Washington University in December 2024 and is actively working towards a Master of Public Health from her alma mater.

During her time in undergrad, Blanca developed a particular interest in infectious disease, research, and disease prevention. She has worked with Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC) in Washington, D.C., where she gained hands-on experience on the importance of addressing barriers to health. This, combined with a strong passion for accessible, affordable and high-quality health care for all, makes her eager to contribute to WHI mission and growth.

Outside of work, Blanca enjoys exploring new places around the DMV, in particular discovering  hidden cafes or trying out new restaurants with loved ones. She also enjoys traveling – whether it is a weekend getaway or a trip abroad to somewhere tropical.
