A native of Louisiana, Michael Wilmore, PA-C received his Bachelor’s degree from Louisiana Tech University and his Physician Assistant degree from Louisiana State University Medical Center. He earned his Master of Physician Assistant Studies with a focus on primary care from the University of Nebraska College of Medicine. After four years in family practice in central Louisiana, Michael moved to Washington where he joined the health care community at Walter Reed Army Medical Center, treating Service members with traumatic brain injury and related psychological health conditions. Having a passion for international medical relief work, he has traveled extensively treating patients in India, Southeast Asia, Latin America, and North Africa.
