Sandy Aguilar has been working in the medical field since 2018 in several different specialties.  She loves acquiring new knowledge to contribute to her team and the improvement of their care of their patients. She also attends University of Maryland Global Campus, majoring in Cyber-Security.

Outside of work, Sandy keeps up-to-date with the cultural life of the DMV and loves to travel and expand her language abilities; she’s fluent in English and Spanish and working on her French and Hebrew. Born in Maryland to a Salvadoran and Jewish family,  she grew up in Pennsylvania.  Sandy is a lifelong dog-lover, who has recently become a cat-lover since adopting Nube and Luna.
