Dr. Ayika Foster is a licensed clinical social worker that is based in Washington, DC.  Her experience spans from working with children and families in early childhood education and child welfare to adults in community mental health, substance abuse, and HIV/AIDS. Dr. Foster enjoys clinical work with adults and aims to provide care that is intersectional, inspiring, and impactful within social work and public health sectors.

Currently, Dr. Foster is working as the Director of Case Management at Washington Health Institute full time and seeing patients part time at her private practice, Fostering Therapy. Outside of work, you can find Dr. Foster shopping for home décor and charcuterie board parings, working out, or connecting with family and friends.
