Carlton joined Washington Health Institute in 2022 and serves as the EIS Patient Navigator- PrEP Care. He received his Bachelor of Science in Human Ecology with a minor in Business Administration from University of Maryland Eastern Shore. Carlton has a special interest in HIV prevention and education particularly within the LGBTQ+ community. As a native Washingtonian, he takes pride in being a personable advocate for those in the community who feel as though they don’t have representation. In his spare time, Carlton finds inspiration from traveling, attending concerts, car karaoke, dancing, modeling, binge watching Law & Order SVU…oh! And his spirit animal is Mary J Blige.
